Comfortoaaroma accepts returns and exchanges on textile products within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, textile products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Curtain hanging and installation services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
